Entry Requirements

Apart from gaining entry to Curtin and ECU courses at GUC through the Tertiary Entrance Rank (TER), students may also gain entry by completing specified TAFE courses, such as a TAFE Diploma, Associate Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Certificate IV or approved Advanced Certificate. Other alternative routes for entry to university, include the Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT), extension study (Curtin), portfolio (ECU), or completion of degree level units through Open Universities Australia (www.open.edu.au) .

Please note for Curtin: In some instances (Certificate IV, Advanced Certificate and extension study applicants) separate demonstration of English competency is required.
