How are courses delivered?

The philosophy behind the GUC has always been to deliver courses with a blend of high-tech and high-touch.  Depending on the particular unit on offer, delivery may be via a face-to-face lecturer or an e-lecture.  As its name suggests, an e-lecture is either a pod or vod cast that students download electronically.

Thanks to funding from Royalties for Regions, the GUC is able to support courses with e-lectures only with face-to-face tutorial support in 2010.   Experience tells us that the best results are achieved for our students with this face-to-face support.

Some practical units are also offered at the Central West TAFE campus.
