To provide financial assistance to our students, the Geraldton Universities Centre's Hollomby Foundation
operates a scholarship program for those undertaking study at the GUC. Scholarships range in value from $1,000 to $5,000.
Scholarships for students stuyding or intending to study at GUC in 2015 will be advertised from November 2014.
SPECIAL ENGINEERING SCHOLARSHIPS FOR 2015 - Students achieving an ATAR in excess of 75 and a pass in 3AB Maths or better will qualify for a $5,000 scholarship, courtesy of the Greenough River Solar Farm and the Hollomby Foundation, if they accept an offer to study in USQ's Associate Degree in Engineering supported at GUC.
(Limit of 6 available, awarded in order of highest achievers first). Recent school leavers (2012, 2013, 2014) meeting this criteria are also eligible.

Hollomby Foundation Scholarships in Nursing
The Hollomby Foundation will provide two scholarships of $5,000 each to students entering the University of Southern Queensland's Bachelor of Nursing program supported at the GUC in semester 2, 2014. Awarded to Kylie Crudeli with second scholarship shared between Eloise Green and Michelle Speldewinde.
St John of God Health Care Geraldton
This $1,000 scholarship is offered to one student who is entering the University of Southern Queensland's Bachelor of Nursing program supported at the GUC in semester 2, 2014. Awarded to Aleisha Cragan.
Rotary Club of Batavia Coast - Mid Year 2014 Scholarship
This $1,000 scholarship is open to any student commencing any course of study Mid Year in 2014 at the GUC. If you are not a Nursing student, please use this application form to apply. Awarded to Helen Delane.
Mid West Development Commission
This $3,000 scholarship is targeted at high achieving Geraldton school leavers from 2012 or 2013 who will commence a full time undergraduate course at the GUC in 2014. Awarded to Morgan Freeman.
City of Greater Geraldton
Helping to create a more vibrant City, two $2,000 scholarships are offered by the Mayor to new or continuing students studying full time at the GUC in 2014. Awarded to Maree Espinos and Robyn Zadow.

Two $1,000 scholarships are offered as per below:
Entry Level Scholarship
This scholarship is open to recent school leavers (under the age of 20) who have completed Year 12 and have gained entrance to a GUC course either through an ATAR, University Preparation Course or a TAFE Pathway. Awarded to Paige Maeder.
This scholarship is open to new or continuing students studying a minimum of 5 subjects a year in any undergraduate program supported at GUC. Awarded to Cody Purcell.
Shire of Irwin Scholarship
Two $2,000 scholarships are open to residents of the Shire of Irwin undertaking an undergraduate degree at GUC, either part time or full time. Awarded to Kobi Jeffery and Lauren Tunbridge.
Shire of Northampton
Valued at $2,000, this scholarship is open to new or continuing, full or part time students at the GUC residing in the Shire of Northampton. Awarded to Rachael Clancy.
This $2,000 Scholarship is aimed at a new or continuing GUC student who best demonstrates their commitment to the Mid West community. Awarded to Michael Patrick.
Ian Blayney MLA, Member for Geraldton
This scholarship is valued at $1,000 and is open to new or continuing full-time students at the GUC in 2014. Awarded to Brodie Drage.
Bundiyarra Community Aboriginal Corporation Scholarship
This $1,000 scholarship is open to Aboriginal school leavers or recent school leavers to encourage aspiration and participation in local university study. Awarded to Matthew Harp.
University of Southern Queensland Associate Degree in Engineering Scholarships
Awarded to Cristhian Rios and Beth Brady.
