ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT OR TRAINEE
The Administration Assistant works under the direction of the Administration Officer and provides frontline reception services to Geraldton Universities Centre’s students, staff and the general public. The role also includes administrative assistance to support the day to day operations of the GUC and hospitality for internal and external room bookings.
Applicants may be considered directly as the Administration Assistant or as a traineeship position in the Cert III in Business, depending on skills and experience. GUC is an equal opportunity employer and Aboriginal people are encouraged to apply.

GUC employs sessional (casual) tutors in a wide range of disciplines to support students studying at the Centre. As a minimum, tutors require a Bachelor degree in the field they would be teaching into plus post graduate qualifications and/or at least five years recent relevant experience. All tutors must be approved by our University partners.
