Thursday 14 February 2019 – Emotional Intelligence at Work – Hurry! Only 5 spaces remain
Research has shown time and time again, it is our attitude to, and interactions with others, that are the key to success. By increasing our emotional intelligence and understanding our emotions, and those of people around us, we can enjoy greater success.
Thursday 21 March 2019 – Assertiveness at Work / Conflict Resolution
Assertiveness at work can be challenging for many reasons while conflict resolution can cause stress, loss of productivity and poor outcomes. This program will provide practical strategies that will enable you to work effectively with challenging and difficult behaviour and enable you to manage and resolve conflict. In so doing you will create an environment where misunderstandings are few and behaviours are constructive.
